Have you been a perfectionist? Is bother for other people's approved a driving force in every one that you do? Would you feel like nothing is ever best?
While some aspects of being a perfectionist are nutritious, feeling the obsessive have to be perfect with everything will negatively affect our self-esteem and even livelihood. Although feeling like we're not good enough maybe a familiar perception, feeling unworthy and never enough can be unhealthy in the form of lifestyle.
Perfectionism originates from our purposes of origin and grows into the habitual have to be perfect all the period. The need to get perfect motivates us for work endless hours at the price of our relationships. We lose sleep and therefore are on edge when things don't create as expected. We feel anxious and unmanageable.
If you're a perfectionist, it's not hard to over focus on successes... how things turn out instead of viewing life as a good journey with valuable daily life lessons to learn in the act.
When we're perfectionistic, we are able to never really feel wonderful about ourselves because we will chasing the impossible.
